Spain > Navarra > Finca Perguita

Located in the village of Los Arcos on the famous pilgrimage trail to Santiago de Compostela, the Finca Perguita was established in 1990 and has 54 hectares under vine, mostly planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. The owner, Bodegas Fernandez de Arcaya, makes a range of wines from these dry-farmed hillside vineyards along the Ebro River valley, and proudly continues the 2,000 year old tradition of winemaking in the region.

The Wines

We represent two of the Arcaya wines:

Vina Perguita Tinto Roble: a blend of Cabernet, Tempranillo and Merlot. Silky and smooth with excellent fruit and soft velvety tannins.

Alate Kosher Tempranillo: 100% Tempranillo, Kosher for Passover but not Mevushal (so not heated, but rather cold-stabilized). Balanced and well-made, in the first place good Tempranillo and in the second, Kosher!
