Wines on tap are a growing segment of the business, allowing bar managers to keep their per-ounce costs low with virtually zero waste. Bottle dispenser systems are finicky and expensive both to purchase and to operate, while keg systems, especially recyclable Key Kegs that have no return cycle are easy to manage and have a better cost profile both for the system and for the product being poured.
